Aimee is the organizational force behind many of Picco Press's day-to-day operations, helping ensure projects move smoothly from concept to completion. As Creative Operations Coordinator, she oversees workflows, coordinates content production, supports creative strategy, and helps maintain the exceptional client experience that Picco Press is known for.

With a natural talent for organization, communication, and problem-solving, Aimee plays a key role in keeping clients informed, projects on track, and the creative team operating efficiently. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of the Picco Press team.



Originally from the Northwest Territories, Aimee enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their two dogs, Hank and Gizmo.

Brooke

Marketing & Client Success Coordinator

Brooke combines creativity, organization, and client-focused service to help ensure projects are delivered seamlessly from start to finish. As a Marketing Associate & Client Success Coordinator at Picco Press, she manages project workflows, builds websites, writes content and newsletters, and helps keep client deliverables on track.

With a Marketing Diploma from NAIT and a passion for both strategy and execution, Brooke enjoys bringing ideas to life while building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional results. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and commitment to client success make her an integral part of the Picco Press team.



Outside of work, Brooke enjoys staying active, spending time with friends and family, and embracing new opportunities to learn and grow.

Bailee is a digital content creator and social media marketer with a passion for creativity and connection. Since joining Picco Press nearly a year ago, she has embraced the opportunity to work with a diverse range of businesses—each bringing new voices, aesthetics, and strategies to explore. She thrives in the fast-paced world of digital marketing, blending artistic instincts with data-driven strategy to create content that resonates.

Guided by the mentorship of Kat Flannery, Bailee has learned how to transform creativity into meaningful, strategic impact. She is detail-oriented, inspired by the process, and always eager to continue growing in this dynamic and ever-evolving field.

Outside of work, Bailee loves finding new sources of inspiration—whether through art, design, or everyday experiences—and bringing that creative spark back into her work.

Lisa

Lisa is thrilled to be part of the Picco Press Team! She loves the creative outlet it provides her while learning new things at the same time! In her spare time, she enjoys doing farm things at her parent's farm (translation: she takes selfies with cows).

She has a passion for yard saling, which has led to a new hobby in refinishing furniture! She works hard to provide for her two cats, and maintain the lifestyle they are acustom to! While she doesn’t have children of her own, she has 4 nephews whom she is obsessed with!

She has aspirations to retire in Miami one day and live out her Golden Girls dreams! Until then, she is enjoying all the fun of working with Kat and the rest of the team!

With a strong eye for detail and a love for capturing authentic moments, I enjoy creating content that helps businesses connect with their audiences and showcase what makes them unique. Whether I'm behind the camera, developing content ideas, or supporting marketing campaigns, I'm always looking for new ways to learn, create, and grow.

For the past two years, Lori-Ann has been a dedicated part of the Picco Press team as a Social Media Assistant. Her role is all about staying on top of client accounts—regularly checking social media platforms to make sure nothing is missed and everything is running as it should.

When she’s not checking in on accounts, Lori-Ann enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of her free time.
